The equipment selects the subdivision driver to control the high-precision stepping motor feeding line, the mechanical transmission selects the precision gear connection, and always maintains the constant line feeding precision and the feeding speed; the shear cylinder hydraulic station is equipped with the forced air cooling radiator, and the hydraulic system is doubled. The service life of the component; the control system is connected with the text display by PLC, which is convenient for operation and ensures the stability of the control system, and is designed with a production quantity preset function to control the whole machine operation.

2D CNC bending machine structure principle:

The precision stepping motor drives the wire reel to rotate, and replaces the stepping motor controller with PLC and text display. The stepping motor can be arbitrarily modified according to the need, and the stepping motor can be arbitrarily modified to eliminate the impact of the mechanical transmission. It ensures that the actual length of the transmission wire is consistent with the theoretical calculation length; in the design budget, the length of each MM has been divided into 10 segments of pulses, which further ensures the setting of the length precision; the adjustable hydraulic cylinder is cut to ensure the neatness of the circle cutout. Sex, cutting time and retracting time can be directly modified on the text display; designed with manual slow feeding and slow returning, easy to operate and reduce material loss.
